In-Person Meetings

We changed to meeting online during the Covid pandemic, but never changed back to meeting in person afterwards.  Southern Property Management mutes everyone's mic so that only designated people can talk.  It's offensive.

From the Bylaws:

Meetings of the Association shall be held at the principal office of the Association or at such other suitable place convenient to the Members as may be designated by the Board of Directors, either in the Community or as convenient there to as possible and practical

There's nothing in there about virtual meetings, and not everyone is comfortable on a computer.  There's a reason we can't vote on the internet.

A Plan for a Fix

Have the meetings in a community space like used to.  The library and local fire houses are good choices.
