Current Officers

The people listed here were on the ticket as stated by Southern Property Management, but no information was made public on who is in what position.  All we know Adam Chewning is President.

According to current information, the persons listed at the Secretary of State as the CFO and Secretary of the Coosawilla Homeowners Association are no longer serving.  Subsection (a) of O.C.G.A. § 14-2-840 states that a corporation shall have officers described in its bylaws or appointed by the board of directors in accordance with the bylaws.
