Fix the Common Areas

The bench on the corner has been broken for years.  This was brought up at the last meeting and nothing has been done.  The picture to the right isn't a stock photo - it's a picture of the bench as of Oct 27, 2024, on the first corner you see when you drive into the neighborhood.  It makes our neighborhood look bad.

We pay thousands of dollars per year for Southern Property Management "fees", but none of that goes towards buying a $79 bench to fix an obvious eyesore.

Plan for a Fix

Buy a new bench.  It's not complicated.
